Help shape education opportunities for Cape York

Do you care about young people, education, and the future of Cape York? CUC Cape York is looking for passionate volunteer Board Members to help guide our centre and support local students studying without leaving home.

We’re keen to hear from people with strong community connections, a love of education, and experience or knowledge in areas such as law, finance, governance, IT, auditing, health, community services, local industry, higher education, or cultural leadership. Most importantly, we value people who are committed, community-minded, and ready to make a difference.

Board members serve three-year terms, with meetings held every two months in Cooktown (or via Microsoft Teams).
